Spider Monkey vs. Spider Man

He swung from branch to branch
and picked it up—his banana!
With loud chirps
he munched his melody,
then chewed a banana to the core.
A web, silky, and firm.
Breakfast over, his swinging resumed.
An aggressive monkey took to the scene, the monkey felt confronted.
Then a slam of the playfulness boomed and...
The confrontation began.
I watched in awe.
The monkey growling
Bananas aside the monkeys faced off
And took off growling
through the jungle.
