As the air gets colder

The young man gets older

The sun going down leads the young man to frown
Quicker and quicker every day less time to go and play

Nothing the same
The little boy not so little anymore what a shame
Focused on his schoolwork working so hard
Someone tries to distract him they better get out his yard
Soon the sun setting before he can even go out and play
It seems like he just woke up and now it's time to end his day
Passing his mid-terms is on his mind
Nothing can stop this hardworking grind
Day after day he works his hardest
But still nothing will make anyone proud in the slightest
Failure not an opinion he pursues his dreams
Stressed so hard he's ripping at the seams
