An uneasy structure
protected and edges lie

The poem was inspired by a piece of work I saw in a modern art museum in Massachusetts, called MassMoCA. The art piece, was an octangular shaped room, that was jam high with the collections of a man that had died. He had collected all of the objects on his travels around the world. Even though the room was filled with amazing things, I felt a sence of loneliness, as without the owner there was no real significance or meaning to the belongings in the room.
