I Am Invisible
How is it
that someone can
look right past you,
like you weren’t even there
I am invisible
The despair in your core
that screams at you
for being who you are
for speaking
for living
I am invisible
Yet the happiness
that smears your face
after someone says,
“You’re my only one”
I am changed
The smile that never
goes away,
and stay permanently.
I am me

I wrote this after I realized who I was and I was able to be comforatble in my own skin. I hope everyone can accept themselves.
