As We Grow Older
Its just crazy how you can look at a picture of somebody or even yourself as a little kid, all happy with a smile spread
from ear to ear. A simple face filled with happiness, without a care in the world.
Now compare that little kid to the person you see today.
I bet that little girl didn't know her boyfriend of 2 years was going to hang himself from his ceiling fan.
I bet that little boy didn't know he was going to develop a drinking problem at the fragile age of 15 because his parents
are never around and he doesn't know what the definition of "family" is.
I bet that little girls mother never thought she would have to deal with her baby girl becoming nothing but a hollow
shell,
and I bet that little boys father never thought his little boy could become so damaged at the fact he was never around.
It's just crazy to think how much changes as we get older.
It's crazy to think that the world just grows so much colder with each passing year.
