The Perception of thy Life

Walking through the path of life,
I find perilous obstacles;
Which diffuses fear in my thought.
Thou art an equinox without solution,
And happiness snatched with black claws;
Art thou to search in this heath.
My solemn chance now expired,
Only to be chastised by thee;
For the Chthonic Monster awaits.
“So bitter is it,”…yet not,
“death is little more;”…yet not;
Yet the cygnets remain beauteous.
Nay, more is yet to be unravelled,
For this ravenous life needs be tautened;
And the ignominious vector undone.
