Maybe
I was wrong believing in
Rainbows with treasures of gold waiting for me
At the end. maybe all my daydreams were just
Childish thoughts playing tricks on my mind. maybe
Love really is only a four letter word, and maybe i was wrong believing that
Every
Shooting star held the answer to another dreamer’s

Hopeful wish. but what if
All of it was real? what if the true magic wasn’t in my
Pot of gold, but in the journey to discover it? and what if
People were all dreamers, waiting for shooting stars to
Enter their
Night skies, only to find a whole galaxy of

Endless wonders to take their breath away? what if the
Very notion of love wasn’t
Emotion? what if
Real love took action and spent every passing moment giving in humility? what if love lasted
Year-round, never failing? what if love was pure and perfect and

Didn’t pause for a single moment to stop
And catch its breath? love would be life changing. let’s change love, and let’s start with
You and me.

My poem is an acrostic, the capital letters that begin each line spelling out the message "Miracles happen every day".
