You can’t see the bleeding wounds, or the scars that are left
Engraved
on
my
heart
No pounding fists flew, he did not physically
kick me while I was down
There were no bruises needed to heal,
not one single physical scar could be seen
His knife was his mouth,
the
weapon
of choice
Should I be considered...
