I Shouldn't Have Loved You
When you asked me if it would hurt if you left,
 I said yes.
When you asked if you could leave,
 I said you couldn't.
When you asked if I would go,
 I said I wouldn’t.
When you asked if I trust you,
 I said I always have.
When you asked if there was another one,
 I said it was impossible.
Apparently I shouldn’t be hurt if you left.
 I shouldn’t have said you couldn’t leave.
 I shouldn’t have trusted you.
I shouldn’t have said there could never be another one,
 because you found another one.
