Every View
The boats are leaving, the fountains are flowing
The church bells are ringing
Curtains are slowly opening
While the towns people awake
It may seem like an average day
But if you look closer, you see the man painting the town
He captures the moment
Of perfect sun rise glowing over the skyline
He captures the simplicity of the children, of the families
At a glance you see the average town, milling about quietly
But the artist's eye sees much more
He sees happiness the happiness of the people
So glad to be alive in the beautiful sunrise
He wonders as he paints
The beautiful townspeople
What they see through their own eyes
And yet they pay no attention to this artist
He is a mere spec in their hustle and bustle lives
They see no beautiful town
They see it from all angles
