I Love You With all of the Ink in My Pen
I love you with all of the ink in my pen;
A crazy thought, as I'm unsure you see me as anything more than a friend.
I'm also sure that isn't true, but I won't get ahead of myself-
I won't risk losing you.
Hours of conversation on nothing that actually meant everything.
Months of denial that I realize now, had no chance of changing anything.
A terrifying realization, I had expected pain-
Instead, I found freedom; you were my liberation.
Four letters.
One word.
It could change everything.
This could become the future of my dreams,
Or another story of my falling on my own sword.
