Hope
Hope is like the stars
It shines brightest in the dark
When life gives you a bad hand of cards
When you must work with what you have
Hope is a star in the night sky
As beautiful as life
Like a plant growing in a desert
Despite all odds against it
The stars shine on us as if they're smiling
Giving us the ability to push on
To move on despite the bad occasion
To keep shining in the dark like a star
