Going with the Wind

The summer sky melts into the land,
the place where you and I lay.
Holding each other
untill the sun disappears,
and a new light comes and illuminates
our faces.
We hold each other close as the moon dances over us,
the whisper of the wind fills our ears
with a sense of comfortable silence.
We hold each other and promise not to let go,
until a new day begins,
and we disappear into the wind.
