I like you.
I like you a lot.
But do I want to date you?
I used to.
But now-
I don't.
My reasoning was,
My heart was tired of waiting.
But now it's hit me.
I'm afraid of caring;
Caring more than I want to.
I don't know what it is,
but something inside of me-
Sends a warning through my body.
If I take you,
I will fall in love with you.
And I'm afraid
to let my heart fall that far.
Afraid to let down those walls.
Afraid, of giving up my heart.
Afraid, of always loving you.
