Wings Of A Beauty
Light as a breeze

 Unlike the earth
 Flower in the air.

 The way you move
 Your wings

 So light
 As air

 Glide
 And flutter

 In the spring breeze.
You land on a girl’s finger

 And she gazes at you
 In wonder

 Of flying on her own
 Through the air

 Above the trees
 Over the waterfalls of mist

That hang in the morning air
You are done with this encounter

 You leave the girl’s finger
 And take flight

 As she watches you leave
 Her heart aches

 To follow.
