I was with a couple friends
Swimming in a lake
And we were having so much fun
We'd stop for no one's sake

And that is when one of us found
A Giant Turtle Shell
And through a bit of more searching
We found the rest as well

Oh, please don't eat me giant turtle
I'm just a young boy

Sorry if I annoy

Now I am quite paranoid
About this turtle thing
And now there is not much I do
Except stand here and sing

Then I fin'lly faced my fear
And got back in the lake
While I was lifting up some rocks
I saw a giant wake

Then the turtle came to me
And said, "I hate that chorus.
Besides you've got the facts all wrong
I'm actually a tortoise."
