As of right now it`s,
"For all sad words of tongue or pen, the saddest are these, 'It might have been.'" -John Greenleaf Whittier

The autumn air rushes past treetops

In the morning sun,

Pumpkins from patches ready to be picked

Warm and tender apple cider, steaming from the mug.

Streams of colorful leaves wave hello

As you begin your afternoon walk

In the time of the setting sun.

Smoke scents the air like a strong perfume

A bonfire fights away the cold

One black cat walks with the moon

Once everyone has gone to sleep,

Knowing of the gloom that some say he might bring.

But he has the moon in his eyes

As they walk side-by-side,

In the twilight night of autumn.

And the moon says "I like you too".

I hope that not only the words are conveyed, but also the feelings.
