THE PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY KNEW ME
before I knew how to climb,
i used to crawl
people think im innocent,
and pure
but i am not
i just dont share
i am the one who
gives second chances
or maybe
third
or
fourth
i am the one who
forgives
but never forgets
in the circus of my family
i am the one tearing the tape appart
and
jumping through the rings of fire
i thought
it would go away
but
the black hole in my stomach
is still here
everynight, 11:27
i say
“im sorry,
i regret not doing it.”
