Love is like nothing else
Love is like nothing else in this life.
It can build you up.
Or it can break you down.
It can make you feel like the best person ever.
Or it can make you feel like the worst person ever.
It starts deep down.
Like spring trying to break free from winter's grasp.
Then it spreads to your heart and mind.
It's like a warm feeling inside.
You can't be afraid to love.
You have to let it show.
You have to let it glow.
And never let it go.
But when that light does die out.
You change.
You don't remain the same.
You don't recognize happiness from sadness.
You don't know friend from foe.
Until you meet that one.
That one that brings those feelings back.
Who brings the warmth back into your life.
