Beauty In Snow
Snow, it’s all around me,
Everywhere I go,
Cars struggling to move.
People outside in their
Backyards playing and
Making snow angels.
Snow is all I see,
The cold makes me shiver
But the beauty of the whiteness,
Beholds me, and I smile,
Because people
Are laughing and playing,
Snow, the one thing
Tennessee doesn’t get often,
Is exciting and lovely,
But hard to drive in,
Hard to be out for
A long period of time
Snow, so white and glorious,
Can turn yellow,
When a dog goes
Outside to pee.
Hard to not enjoy
It while we still can.
