Highschool
High School, the last obstacle before becoming an adult,
The last button of a dress shirt,
The chorus of a song,
The revving of a car engine,
The bruise after a fight.
You take everything you learned
You use it everyday
If you don’t graduate
you get left behind.
It’s nothing like middle school.
You fail a class
You take it again.
You have a bad grade
You will want to fix it.
So try to keep up
And avoid slacking off.
