The Diamond
  We are a softball diamond
Vibing as the ball and bat

3 sisters, softballs sitting in the dirt
We all have the different dents in us,
Competing to get thrown in the game
The stitches on us represent our alike features

My dad, a mixture of the bat and fence
Protecting us from what is beyond him
He swings and makes sure we always make It home

  My mom, the glove
Holding us girls assuring we stay together
Never letting us fall out of her hands

  We are a softball diamond,
  Trying our best
  Knowing failure could occur
  Every day
