Rest In Peace
As the tears
From the years
Race from her eyes
We all realize
Everyone dies
Now that you hear the angels singing
Your hands are no longer clinging
Lumps that were found
Put her in the ground
He lies beneath the earth
We see what he was worth
A crouching child just above
Wanting just to have his love
Twenty two years later
We feel as tho he slayed her
Her hair growing short
An exhausting fight to report
The evil beast rises to it's feet
Leaving her with something she must keep
Our hands press together
Wanting something better
Open the door just to find
That you wish you went blind
Marble replaces
The familiar faces
Where the sun must glisten
To show you’re who she’s missing
Now at sixteen
Still living in the bean
We gathered for the party
Remembering you where there hardly
Hanging with her friend
Still doesn’t mend
The person she lost
Keeps her heart in a frost
I’m the one you never met
The love I never had is in debt
It's not her time to go
Please wait until we grow
You will not be alone forever
Soon we will all be a member
