Goodbye
When something didn't feel right you fixed it.
When I cried you wiped my tears.
When I laughed you caused it.
Then you changed,
Like the season in the years.
Your eyes didn't glow
And your words were lies,
In a blink of an eye, you were gone.
The endless promises shattered
Giving up on the last bit of hope
That you would stay and everything else would be okay.
