I'm from growing up on my own.

Im from 10 acres of land with go karts four wheelers dirt bikes.
from trying to help my dad but just getting yelled at for being in the way.

I’m from riding in the back of trucks in the night.
From being outside constantly looking for something to do.
Im from being treated with tough love from my parents.
From sitting on mommy’s lap driving home down the backroads feeling the adrenaline rush
Just for driving for the first time.
I'm from growing up with split parents ever since i could remember.
From my parents always fighting over me in court.

I’m from in and out of hospitals between me and my dad.
From me being the kid i was breaking bones and putting myself in there.

From losing loved ones at an early age.
From seeing my uncle die when i was seven or seeing him in the pain he was in.
I’m from learning what the real worlds like.
From learning how it's going to treat you and how hard it will be to make it in the real world.
From living from paycheck to paycheck scraping for money.
From getting all hand me down clothes because we couldn't afford new one.

I’m from a childhood nobody wants or deserves.
