i see desperation and pain in place of your dark comforting eyes

you balled up your fists and went silent when you discovered the newest additions to the linear compilation in the skin on my wrist and i know you wanted to yell at me and a part of me wishes you had

i am unable to love

incapable of forming lasting relationships

all i ever picture is the end and it's all i've ever pictured because the end is the most beautiful part of the story

especially when it is sad

all i've ever wanted was to create something beautiful to make a lasting impression to make the world feel something powerful and real

i've never been able to do that without breaking someone's heart

darling you must understand that this moment isn't our ending there is still more to read and i want to highlight the good passages and the vivid imagery and the gentle curves of your face so i'll be able to flip the pages and remember our love for the rest of time

we are both novels filled with adventure and tragedy and triumph and we share a chapter possibly two

in this book called life you are by far my favorite chapter and i miss you already

i can't wait to see how beautiful our ending will be
