Masks
Everyone has masks.
Not just the ones we wear on Halloween.
The ones we wear to please the people around us.
Masks distort our features and make us something that we aren’t.
A person who is depressed, will put on a mask of happiness.
If you want to fit in, you put on a mask to impress your new “friends."
When you are in trouble, you put on a mask of innocence.
We all do it.
But think for a moment,
Will life be different if you take off your mask
and see the world through your own true eyes?
