I'm  from growing up in a house full of hugs

from the hometown of Waco, where the happiness is

I am from spending the night at my grandma's house every weekend, back in the elemantary days

I'm from the sweet sounds of dogs barking

from welocoming hugs, and a smile as wide as the Earth, on my grandma's face

I am from homecooked meals made often 

from turkey in Thanksgiving that my family takes turn bringing

I'm from going to Burger King and McDonalds and playing in the indoor play place

I am from Munick, Germany, where my mom was born and Dallas, Texas, where my dad was born

I'm from "Suck it up, Buttercup" and "Just do the best you can."

from the good times like hanging out with my family

and the bad times like losing my mom to heart failure

It's the moments like these who make me who I am today that help me grow and devlop my personality

This is who I am and nothing can change that
