A powerful flame that lights the soul
Hot enough to scorch the cruelest cold

Sparks and lights the fire
Dreams ignite and grow brighter

Jealous
People may put you down
But you will rise wearing a crown

Believe
In yourself and you will see
You can be anything you try to be

Happiness
Once seemed out of my reach
So far away but, but close enough to see

Then
I gave up and fell to my knees
Unable to find what my heart seeked

Now,
I have discovered my passion
The thing that made everything happen

Reason
That I can cope with my life today
And on writing, I proudly lay the blame

Appearing as if from thin air
At their own accord, my hands place them there

Ink
Decorates my paper with emotion
Writing is my heart’s true love and devotion
