They Can Only Wait
my dads gray eyes, I remeber them so well
the blue sky,and the sun
shaking its colors off into the clouds
to soak them up
like sponges
my dads arms, I miss them so much
the green of the grass peaking
through its soft white blanket
waking up
my dads love, I can feel it even now
the lonly,bare trees
with color yet to come on their branches
they can only wait
