There
when you’re there, your whole perspective changes
you focus less on the clouds and more on the blue
your shoes all the sudden become your favorites
and even the rain feels good too
when you’re there, you’re numb to the world
you feel infinite in this forever aging abode
your eyes can see everything
and even the rustiest pennies glow
when you’re there, your life disappears
you are ghost watching everyone frozen in time
your body flutters with the slightest touch
and even his hands send shivers down your spine
I have been there only a few times in my life
its hard to name them now
but you’ll get there one day
I have faith somehow.
