Reality
I felt the urge to touch the sky,
To feel the air my face embrace,
To see the movement of the stream,
And know that lonely I will not fight.
I wanted more, to seek the place,
Where fairness is the part of nature,
Where frightened can release their fear,
Where poor, do not exist,
To where the blind can see the ending,
That shall be the start of endless dream,
Where I can live for love to goodness,
And will not be defenseless bate.
The waters lead me on my way,
The darkness hides beyond the bay.
And nothing's stopping me from it,
Except the dreams that we do have,
Are not the real world, we want.
And none-existent will not stand
Against the ones that truth break down.

This piece symbolizes the reality of how our dreams and the modern world often contradict each other. We wish for peace and love, but what we get is the emptiness of the world, where if you do not take care of yourself, no one will. Sometimes our hopes lead us to our gravestones.
