Uprooted by the cool breeze
      I stretch my hands out
      Leaning into the passing winds
      The cold winds blow through
      Forming my colorful wings

      Uprooted by the cool breeze
      Like those around me
      My story unfolds
Where the wind will take me
      nobody knows

      Uprooted by the cool breeze
I dance with the other leaves
      Our journey unfolds
Where the breeze will take us
      The wind alone knows

      Uprooted by the cool breeze
      Like those around me
      Approaching the ground
      My leisurely descent
The rush of the wind blowing

My friends had all scattered along the way
      Settled on the ground
Is where i find my new home

      I lean into the wind
      Looking far and beyond
      To each their own
      Uprooted by the Cool breeze.
