Ever had a dream about somebody in particular?
Quite possibly they never cross your consciousness.
Yet,
Laying my eyes to rest,
They awaken in the depths of my mind,
Swimming through uncontrolled thoughts
To sift the surface and enthrall catastrophe.

You're the undiscovered card of hearts,
In this bag of mind games.
So much mental collision,
It goes on and on, like a dark hall
with a small light to illuminate an idea.
At the end it's nothing but stairs
that lead to nowhere.
Dreams are the heart’s melody,
But you created an irregular rhythm.

I am tired of waiting for you to return
So we may  complete this unfinished tale.
Not believing a single word-
No physical proof,
but a mental image
Of the characteristics blind to the naked eye.
They are exceptional indeed
With no more, too little time till morning peaks
The amusement fades,
Letting you go,
Forget our escapade, and inhale
the fetor of reality.
