Societies Broken
The girl with the beautiful face and a pretty smile
They see her as what she is on the outside
Ignoring her brokeness
The sadness in her eyes
Or the shyness of her smile
She is cute as a button
Yet damned as the devil
But that is a secret they will never know
She needs fixing
Yet they only see what she can provide;
A beautiful face and a pretty smile
But soon that face will wrinkle
And that pretty smile will fade
Because if you ignore something thats broken
Its luster fades away

I was inspired by my generation. My generation and society in todays world are so focused on what they see on the outside and forget how the outside can be completely different from the inside.
