I still remember the day
I made a poem about memories
It was practically filler, honestly
but, really, does it come off as a surprise?
My work lacked effort
My work lacked heart
Rhyme wasn't seen in a single part.
Suddenly, that's a bit of a lie
Suddenly, I got the idea to actually try??
That was a stupid idea.
And writing about the exact poem
you were already writing about is unoriginal.
