"Gone"
First a small black mark,
On your shoulder.
A minor problem,
That brings you sadness.
But it grows,
And grows,
Until you
Are encased in darkness.
Until you become
A black void,
Destroying everything
You’ve ever loved.
And with this void,
Comes pain and sadness.
Like you’ve never felt
Before.
It makes you do things,
Push others away.
Isolation,
Is what comforts you.
But you want this pain
To be gone.
But the pain is like time,
Unstoppable.
The only way,
For your wish,
To come true,
Is to end it all.
And that is,
The most comforting
Thought,
You’ve had.
