How do you do it?
How do you do it?
Get up so easily, and shatter past routines,
Or rip off the beautiful face,
And replace it with one of lesser value.
Why would you do it?
Sculpt a being,
And crush the earlier versions,
Or write such wonderful words,
And replace them with demands of the world.
When will you do it?
We are sleeping,
And you lay, staring above?
Or, in the store,
Preparing for dinner?
When did I do it?
Jealousy struck,
And I wanted more of the surrounding world,
Or, maybe, my peers tossed me
Into the bowl labeled “Everyone.”
