Out My Window
As I look out my window I see happy childrens faces
As I look out my window i see happy parents
As I look out my window I see joy and happiness
But when I close the blinds I see depression hanging in my room like hot air
When I look in my room I see a person who doesn't know they are
Then when I look out my window I get a glimpse of what happiness looks like
I think why shall I not go
SO I try to get up but the depression is so thick you feel as if you can’t get through it
You think I can see the light at the end of the tunnel but you can’t grasp it
No matter how hard you try you can’t get up
It is like a dream with no end
But one day you know you will get strong enough and the wall of depression will be knocked down and you will be where the joy and happiness is
You will be the people out of the window
