I believe in being myself

I believe in being myself all the time. I like to be funny and have a laugh with people and I enjoy being around others like that too. If you make a joke or do something funny, people will laugh and that makes you happy and your mind will be in a good place.
I grew up being a funny kid in school. Certain classes that bore me out or I am just simply too tired in, I usually don’t say too much. For the main part, I like saying it random stuff and just having a good time. I was once in science class in the 8th grade and there was a funny video about mitosis or something dumb like that. I remember cracking a few jokes out about it and a lot of people in the class laughed. Yeah, some people probably thought it was dumb, but there is nothing I could do about that. Maybe they believe that jokes are dumb.
It always gives me some positive energy and makes my day better. I feel good about myself because I like making other people have a good time when I am with them. Sometimes people might think that you are annoying and that you should just be quiet. I just deal with it and don’t worry about it too much. There’s always going to be people like that who try to ruin your mood and just overall send out negative vibes. If they don’t like me for who I really am then I am just going to try to find a way to separate myself from them. I don’t need these kind of people in my life. I want other people that are positive and like to have and share a good laugh with their peers.
If I wasn’t myself, then who knows the friends that I would have today. It is important that I keep being myself because if I don’t, people will never like me for who I am. I don’t want to have a real and a fake personality, that’s just not me. I want to be who I am and for those who like being my friend, I am very thankful to have them in my life.

This is something I wrote for school and I liked it because it is true for myself.
