We are Society

Why?
Why do we
drill into the minds of little girls
and little boys that,
boys are bigger and
stronger than girls
that they are stronger,
faster, and better than girls.
That girls only play dress up and like pink
and don't like to get dirty.
And then when
they grow up, they don't want to be that,
they blame society for what
people think boys and girls should be.
Why do we forget that
WE
are “society”?
That society
is what
we make it
Why?
