Beautiful Tragedy
  You beautiful tragedy
  Trapped in fragility
  The essence of life
  A drop of water
You fear will tear at your wings
  Though you no longer fly
  The thought of freedom
  Must terrify you
For you are the only color
  In your ashen cage
  You cannot face the thought
  You are the only color
  In the world
The ground begs for your chains
  As if to be ensnared
  Could quench a thirst
  Yet the cure sits atop
  The tears kissing dusty cheeks
  And still
  The earth cracks from screams
  You beautiful tragedy
  If only beauty
  Were not so useless
