Autumn Leaves
As you slowley wither,
As you slowley die
I stand and watch
For you are a leaf in autumn.
And here I watch you
Floating down from your tree so high,
Your eyes closed right before me
And you left me here
With another tear,
Another cry.
But what gets me the most is
That I can't seem to get warm
Because your not here to hold me
When that autumn breeze blew by.
You let the breeze take you
Heading no where.
And here I'm standing
Wishing I was an autumn leaf
And that, that autumn breeze took me too.
