Winter is freezing

all the white snow on the ground,
wind blowing and stinging my eyes,
it makes me cry

I see all the snow drifting down from the sky
all white starting to melt and the air coming through
wondering if I will ever see the bright sun shining,
showing its face to the us again

but then I realize it's just me and the white cold snow
then I just smile as i look at all the sparkling
snow on the ground
as beautiful  as it’s ever been.
