Music Test
heart starts to beat faster
eyes start to roll quicker
body starts to shiver
lip starts to quiver
my turn is coming but
I want to rebut
to the teacher who is insisting
every students should sing
As I see students sing very well
I want to build the shell
to hide myself
and stay on the shelf
Although I try to find the place
to hide like jerry in a race
to reach his home safely from Tom,
I found nowhere to avoid the bomb
Despite the reluctance, my turn
came and I sang with great concern,
showing a very shaky voice
and regretting my musical choice
Then the valued bell was ringing,
and I was so done with singing
Two words, “Good job,” simply brightened my vision
and made me try more on my music mission
