The Unsaid
Perceive the words I cannot write
And that I will not say
Pretend that they are coming out right
They've been in my head all day
You know me and how I think
You know I find it hard
If I said those words I would sink
Because that is my last card
Those three words you need to hear
Are the one I cannot-will not- say
Those three words fill me with fear
And that I fear them fills me with shame
Its almost as if I do say those words, I lose my sense of me
And I'm not sure that, once heard, those words could make you ser
So if you'll give me time
Perhaps all the time in the world
I'll speak those words
I love you
