You always said I got emotional
I was in a pissy mood
And I took it out on you
I'd tell you
You were wrong
I'm always like this
You never agreed
You walked into my house
Trying to make everything better
You rested your shaggy hair on my shoulder
And life wasn't so bad for a bit
I'm sitting here a few months later
Emotional again
You were right all along
I'm waiting here wanting you to walk through my door again
With ice cream and painkillers
And your shaggy hair covering your eyes
Tell me I'm emotional
I won't say you're wrong
