Light's Lie
In night's shadow the great sun hides
Covering all of man's horrible lies
As the great dusk slowly decays
We still can't revert from our monstrous ways
There's something strange about the dark,
Bringing out the twisted, devilish mark
It pokes at out demons, devils, and dread
And watched as madness runs through our head
And as the last drops of sanity run through our mind
We humans leave all logic behind
We turn into vicious beasts
With eyes all set to devilishly feast
It's kind of scary what the light can hide
The real demons, devils that we keep locked inside
