A Lesson Learned

she thought that who she had
was going to be there for ever
she thought she could treat them how she wanted
she took the people who loved her most, for granted
she even took her life for granted
she made mistakes
she thought that, since people loved her
they would be there forever
she screwed up one to many times
and even though, they did love her
there was nothing that could be done
to help her
