blizzards make it hard to see
Life is cruel and the world is dark
My mind has warped and so has my heart
I can't feel anything anymore
My tears are now frozen on my cheek
No longer am i that girl I once was
i've seen the dark overtake the light
I won't ever be the same
I try and try but all I get are bloodstains on my carpet
I hold my soul that's now as cold as my freezing hands
I've been standing in a blizzard
Yet I was too occupied to notice
Please tell me how long i've been here
It seems like years, but it was only days
Now I can't tell day from night
Or the sun from the moon
As it's all a blur when my camera moves
I try to capture these moments that make up my youth
All the tears that have stained my pillow case
What a beautiful photograph to show all the pain
of a young girl now laying on her face
